About Us
We started off as LVNs who first crossed paths while working at a busy flu clinic. What started as a shared commitent to patient care grew into a deep friendship and a shared dream: empowering the next generation of health care professionals by building future healthcare leaders. With hands on experience in nursing and a passion for teaching, we founded Pave the Way Academy to make CNA training more accessible, flexible, and supportive. We know the challenges that aspiring CNAs face because we've been there ourselves. That's why we've created an online program designed to fit into your life no matter where you’re starting.
Our mission is simple: to prepare compassionate, skilled CNAs who are ready to make a difference in their communities. As two women who have overcome barriers in healthcare, we are dedicated to lifting others up and helping you achieve your goals.
