System Requirements

To successfully participate in Pave the Way Academy’s Online CNA Program via Zoom, please ensure you meet the following system requirements:

Device Requirements

• Computer or Laptop: A Windows PC or Mac with a working webcam and microphone (required for participation and attendance verification).

• Tablet (optional): Compatible devices include iPads or Android tablets (some features may be limited compared to a computer).

• Smartphone: Can be used for backup access but is not recommended for full participation.

Webcam Requirement

• A webcam is mandatory to attend live classes and participate in interactive sessions. This ensures that students are engaged and meet attendance requirements.

Software

• Zoom: Download the free Zoom app at Zoom Download Center. 

• PDF Reader: Adobe Acrobat Reader or similar software to view course materials.

Internet Requirements

• Connection: Reliable high-speed internet (minimum 10 Mbps for streaming Zoom sessions).

• Recommended: Wired connection for stable video and audio quality.

• Windows 11* Note: Windows 11 is supported on version 5.9.0 or higher.

• Windows 10* Note: Devices running Windows 10 must run Windows 10 Home, Pro, or Enterprise. S Mode is not supported.
