• Personal Information: Students are only required to provide their name and email address to access Zoom sessions. No additional personal information is collected or stored by Pave the Way Academy through Zoom. 

• Camera Use: Webcams are required for participation to verify attendance and promote interaction. Students may use a neutral background (physical or virtual) to protect their personal environment.

3. Session Recordings 

• Classes may be recorded for instructional purposes or for students who miss a session.

• Students will be notified in advance if a class is being recorded. 

• Recorded sessions are stored securely and accessible only to authorized students and staff.

• Recordings will not be shared outside the program without prior consent.
