Pave the Way Academy began with two Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) who first crossed paths at a busy flu clinic. What started as a shared commitment to patient care grew into a deep friendship and a dream to inspire the next generation of healthcare leaders. With years of professional experience, we have joined forces to create a CNA program that blends academic rigor with real-world application, ensuring our students are well-prepared for their roles.
